Can I come in Store to buy?

Yes, you can to our physical store location in Scarborough to purchase a device.

Can I order on the website?

Yes, you can. Click on desired item, then click add to cart. You can add multiply items to your cart.

How can I checkout?

Click on “Cart” icon on the top right side of the page, then click on checkout.

We offer 4  options  for your convenience

Local Delivery

  • Same day / Next local delivery to your door within Great Toronto Area. (Please note: Order must be placed by 3pm)
  • We deliver locally to North York, Scarborough, Etobicoke, Toronto, East York, Pickering, Whitby, Oshawa, Brampton, Mississauga, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Markham. 
  • If choose local delivery and your location is not covered by our local delivery, we will ship by Canada Post.

Pickup in Store

  • Monday 9am to 5pm
  • Tuesday 9am to 5pm
  • Wednesday 9am to 5pm
  • Thursday 9am to 5pm
  • Friday 9am to 5pm
  • Saturday 9am to 2pm
  • Sunday by Appointment only

Canada Post

  • Expedited Tracked Shipping by Canada Post (Orders will be shipped the same day if order is placed by 3pm EST)
    • Ontario 1 to 3 business days
    • Rest of Canada 2 to 5 business
    • All shipped orders are trackable. You will receive an email with tracking number or click on “order tracking” to track your purchase.

Uber Package Connect

For your convenience you can arrange for Uber package connect to pickup your order. Please note,  customer is responsible and pay for this service. And we must be notified ahead of time.

How can i pay for my order?

For online purchases, we accept the following:

  • Visa, Mastercard, Amex by Paypal
    • You do not require a Paypal account to use Paypal, simply use the guest option once on Paypal payment terminal.
    • Paypal is a safe and effective way to pay with your Credit card. All your information is safe guarded and secure.
  • E-Transfers
    • Once your order is placed, please send payment to Please use your billing address postal code as your e-transfer password. For example “M1R2T6”
    • Please note: Orders will not be shipped or local delivered until e-transfer has been received.
  • Buy Now, Pay later by Affirm
    • For your convenience we offer small easy payment to spread out your purchase. Payment is processed by Affirm to Qualified Customers.
    • Simply select “Affirm” on checkout.
    • Please note: Qualified purchases will be shipped after 24 to 48 hours of payment plan approval.
  • Cash, Debit / Credit
    • For in store purchases only

Do you charge taxes or additional Fees?

For all online and in person purchases, HST / GST are incorporated into the prices shown.

For example: 

  • Ontario Purchase of total of  $240 @ 13% Rate
  • $240 / 1.13 = $212.40
  • $240 – $212.40 = $27.61 HST

We choose to this pricing strategy, to make it a pleasant straight forward “pay what you see” experience for our customers.

Additional Fees

If you choose to pay for your purchases using any acceptable cards, there is an additional charge of 3% for card processing

No additional Fees are charged if you choose to pay by email transfer.

Warranty Information

How long is the product warranty?

We offer:

  • 6 Months Store warranty on all Pre-owned devices unless stated otherwise. Please see product description page.
  • 1 Year Store or manufacturers warranty on new sealed devices unless stated otherwise. Please see product description page.

What does the warranty cover?

Warranty covers internal issues that might arise from normal use such as:

  • Battery
  • Cameras
  • Microphones
  • Buttons
  • software (provided no attempt was made to root, jailbreak or modify the OS in anyway)

Does warranty cover physical or water damaged?

Unfortunately warranty does not cover physical or water damage even if its accidental.

My item is defective / not working properly, what should i do?

We strive to provide the best quality Preowned Phones, Tablets and Smartwatch.

In unfortunate circumstances where by your item is defective or not performing as it should, please call us right away. We will troubleshoot the issue and try and resolve it on the phone if possible.

If we cannot resolve the issue by phone, we will need the item dropped off at our location if you are within Greater Toronto Area. And if you are unable to drop it off, you will be required to ship the item to us.

Can I purchase additional warranty?

Yes, we do offer optional extended warranty on all purchases.
